Jahad Muhaddath
FOUNDER, PRESIDENT
As an online personal trainer and owner of Alpha Muscle LLC, I am deeply passionate about helping people become happier, healthier, and fitter. My mission is to empower individuals to feel more confident and comfortable in their own bodies by embracing a holistic approach to health and wellness. Having been in the health and fitness field since I was 18 and as a professional bodybuilder, I understand the challenges and rewards that come with striving for a healthier lifestyle. The idea for The Trainers Bowl came from my desire to bring together local support to provide free or affordable holistic resources for our community. Coming from a community where resources for healthier options or even education were scarce has driven me to want to contribute to meaningful change.
In addition to my fitness journey, I have over 10 years of experience in e-commerce and supply chain management, serving as a Senior Operations Manager. I’m also the oldest of 12 siblings, which has taught me the value of leadership and perseverance. On a personal note, I am a proud parent to a beautiful daughter who inspires me every day.
My journey is driven by a genuine passion for helping others and giving back. I believe in the power of community and the importance of having access to the right resources for achieving wellness goals.

Miranda Shilati
CO - FOUNDER, VICE PRESIDENT
As an artist and creative professional, I am deeply committed to both my craft and the communities I serve. My passion for design and the fine arts is matched by my dedication to giving back, which is why I’m involved with The Trainers Bowl. Having personally faced challenges in the realms of mental, physical, and nutritional wellness, I understand how essential it is to have access to the right resources and support.
I am an active philanthropist and a dedicated volunteer proudly serving as the fundraising committee chairperson for StandUp For Kids in Tucson, AZ, an organization that supports homeless youth. I am also a staunch advocate for amplifying the voices and championing the rights of disadvantaged communities. With a personal connection to both the deaf community—being the child of two deaf parents—and as a first-generation American on my father’s side, who immigrated from Iran, I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by marginalized groups. These experiences fuel my commitment to advocating for accessibility, inclusion, and equality in all aspects of life.
On a personal note, I’m a proud dog mom to a 4-year-old rescue named Georgie, and I always look forward to the next adventure, whether it’s in the world of design or beyond.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS
A Columbus, Ohio native, I’m a dedicated advocate for community wellness and accessibility. Growing up as a product of the foster care system and with siblings on the autism spectrum, I witnessed my parents’ determination in securing resources and support. This experience ignited my passion for simplifying access to social services, striving to break down barriers and empower my community toward healthier lives. By day, I work in product design for a major healthcare organization, while my free time finds me running with my local run club, cycling, or teaching Lagree fitness.
